Peti4d Terms and Conditions – Our Platform Guidelines

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the website peti4d.vu and the peti4d mobile app, including all features, services, and content available on them.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the peti4d platform.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Peti4D customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.

Peti4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Involvement in activities suspected to be fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in our inactive account policy.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, Peti4D reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including any pending withdrawals.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
